Booking

Reservation
After booking an apartment you will recieve an email with confirmation of your stay. A short time after you will recieve a new email with a 20% deposit. The apartment is securly booked when your payment is confirmed by us.
Included in the price (short term rental)
If not mentioned in your rental description, the price includes taxes, electricity and gas. The price also includes bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Cleaning after departure is also included. For cleaning during your stay, please contact us. Bathing towels, soap, detergents, toilet paper and similar articles, as well as food and drinks are not included.
Addition for long term rentals
Electricity is not included for bookings lasting more than 4 weeks. The deal for long term is for 20 weeks at a time, with a possible renewal 14 days before the period ends. The apartments are only to be rented as vacation homes, which the renter confirms when paying the deposit.
Payment
When the booking is confirmed, you wil recieve an invoice with a 20% deposit, which must be paid within 10 days. When the deposit is paid, the terms of use is confirmed. Six weeks prior to your arrival at Family Siesta you will receive a new invoice with the rest of the amount, as well as a damage deposit.
If there are less than six weeks till your arrival, the invoice will be sent with the full amount. If the payment is not confirmed in our bank by the due date, the booking will be deleted and you will not be able to complain on this.
All prices are in €.
Final cleaning 40€/week.
Upon arrival
The apartment will be cleaned and made ready for your arrival. If you have any complaints, we must be notified within 24 hours after your arrival.
During your stay
The apartment is to be used by the number of people confirmed in your rental agreement. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the landlord has the right to expel the excess number. The landlord is not responsible for illness or injury on guests or anyone given access to the property by our guests, in conjunction with outdoor activities and sports, use of the property, and the likes. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Trash can not be kept outside, and must be thrown away in containers in Cerros del Aguila. Approx 100 meters from the roundabout towards Fuengirola multiple containers are located. In Spain you sort paper in one, plast and canned in one, glass in one and food and waste in the last one. We strongly advice you to follow these rules, since we don’t wish any rats or other rodents and bugs on our property.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area, neither are other glass products. This is for your own, and others guests, safety and hygiene. Gum and candy must be thrown in the garbage, not on the ground. If you don’t want other people to use your pool toys, please bring these back to your own apartment. Leaving toys in the pool area is on your own risk. Please make sure the sun beds are staying on the sun terrace, the area around the pool is only for bathing.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INDOORS IN ALL APARTMENTS
If you smoke, we kindly ask you to this only on the terrace. This because of the highly large risk of fire. Please don’t smoke while walking to the car or to the restaurant or shops. The summer is extremely dry and a fire easily lit. The person starting the the fire will be responsibilty to pay for any damage caused on our property or that of others.
